A typical day on this workshop: start with a breakfast before taking off to the morning's painting destination. We break for lunch and take in the local colour, eating out in a café or pub, a picnic or back to the house. The afternoon offers another painting session. The goal is to paint, sketch or photograph everyday. This time of year has lovely long days - it stays light until the late late evening with sunset aroudn 10 p.m. as we approach the Summer Solstice. Farm-style meal made with local fresh ingredients are served each night. Have we mentioned (bragging rights apply) that Oban is the seafood capital of Scotland - and Scottish seafood is exported all over the world? After dinner we share the day's highlights and enjoy demos over drinks.
