The Art Engine supports artists with education, creative and travel adventures, including workshops in France.
The mission of The Art Engine is to support, educate and provide resources for visual artists. It was founded by Julie Snyder in 2007 and has been a corporation in the state of California since 2017.
The Art Engine owns Workshops in France, which operates first-class destination art retreats and painting workshops. These overseas creative opportunities are designed to bring artists together in breathtaking and historic locations to be inspired by their surroundings, improve skills and enjoy the creativity that comes from working in small enrichment groups.
In addition, the Art Engine invites applications to its scholarship program by artists who would be unable to attend the workshop experiences otherwise.
We are led by a team of professional artists and marketing experts. The team works to educate visual artists on how to operate and thrive in today's art world.
